Graphic Design and Virtual Assistant Fees

Virtual Assistant Services:

Rates range from $30/hour for basic typesetting & data entry to $55 for creative design work, eMarketing and website work.

Website Design:

Packages start at $600 for a main page with five linked pages and multiple images. (If you are new to the web environment, I will be happy to assist you with finding a hosting package and a domain name.)

Each site is a new creation - unique to your business. The initial package price includes the design and layout of the site, as well as uploading of the site to your host. Most sites require ongoing updates and changes - quick response and speedy service is my specialty! My rate for updates is $55/hour.

Also included in websites packages is a review of your copy. I make recommendations regarding grammar and search engine optimization tactics. This includes keyword phrase research to define the best search terms relevant to your site for both site copy and source code metatags.

Illustrations and Diagrams:

Due to the individual nature of these projects, all diagrams and illustrations are quoted on a per-project basis. Estimates are based upon a rate of $45/hour.

PrePress/Mac Production:

I also offer Mac Production services to companies for projects such as: catalogs, sell sheets, data sheets, price sheets, data entry, price lists and other typesetting/formatting jobs. I work in the following applications: Adobe CS: InDesign, Freehand, Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Whether you need backup for a designer who is on vacation, or have long-term contract needs, feel free to contact me for availability. Rates vary according to amount and type of work required.

Logo Design:

Packages start at $600. This includes a custom logo design for your company
(not a piece of clip art with type added.) You will receive a minimum of 8-10 logo ideas from which to chose. After that, refinements to the design of your choice are made. You will receive hi-res electronic art of the final logo, along with full copyrights, to be used for yout business print or web applications. Assistance with identity materials (layout of business cards, letterheads, etc.) and the ordering of printing is also available at an hourly rate of $35/hour.
